An overzealous Usher fan has been arrested outside an Atlanta, Georgia recording studio after allegedly breaking the terms of a restraining order. Darshelle Jones was slapped with her latest stay-away order last year (15), when she was banned from contacting the Yeah! hitmaker and told to stay at least 200 yards (183 meters) away from the superstar. She reportedly ignored the warning earlier this month (May16), when she was spotted across the street from a recording studio where Usher was working.
A police source tells TMZ.com Jones was trying to film the singer on her iPad, just 100 feet (30.5 meters) away from the building.
She was arrested and booked on a charge of aggravated stalking and remains in custody.
Usher, 37, first complained about Jones´ alleged harassment in 2012, after she was twice arrested for trespassing at his home, claiming to be his wife. He was granted a one-year protection order that July, when Jones was also ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation, but she failed to do so and ended up spending 20 days behind bars.
The father of two raised the alarm again last year (15), when he claimed Jones had started harassing members of his team both on public and private property and had become "increasingly more threatening".
According to his 2015 petition for a restraining order, which was subsequently granted, Jones attempted to "extort money from his representative" in November, 2014 by posing as an official from his charitable foundation, Usher´s New Look. She then reportedly demanded the singer´s lawyer call the star to send her money, allegedly vowing, "I´m not playing with him. I´m tired of the games. If I can´t eat, he can´t eat."
Jones, also known as Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, is also said to have sent a message to Usher´s security personnel prior to a gig in Washington, D.C., warning she was going to "get him" unless she received her money.

"I was wearing a ridiculous skirt, which was silly... (and) I had a little thin jumper on, and Bruce came out and said, ´You´re going to be cold´... He gave me his coat, so I was watching the show, wearing his coat. I was too embarrassed to try to put my arms in because, obviously, too small. So I just wore it on my shoulders."
