Actor Tommy Ford is on life support in a Georgia hospital.The Martin star, real name Thomas Mikal Ford, suffered a ruptured aneurysm in his abdomen on Sunday (09Oct16) and has been hospitalized. He is now on life support and his health is rapidly declining, according to TMZ.Ford´s friend, actor Anthony Anderson, initially wrote on Twitter the 52-year-old had passed away, but has since removed the message after the ailing star´s wife confirmed her husband was still alive.
"Yes I was given misinformation about our friend," he wrote. "That´s why the tweet was removed. We are all still praying for Tommy. He needs us even more."
Last month, Ford underwent knee replacement surgery and was recovering with physical therapy. It is unclear if complications linked to the surgery led to his hospitalization.
