Reality TV star-turned-actress Nene Leakes has been slapped with her second tax lien in four months.In July (16), the former Glee star was sent a notice demanding payment for $830,000 in federal back taxes from 2014, and now her money troubles have worsened after reportedly receiving another invoice from officials at the Georgia Department of Revenue for almost $100,000 .According to the Daily Mail, Leakes was sent the state tax lien on 22 September (16). The outstanding figure is also said to relate to income earned two years ago.
Leakes has yet to comment on the latest tax issue, which could lead to authorities seizing her assets and property if the liens remain unpaid.
